Broker's Comments

Brokers Comments - where to start? And so it is with any unfinished project. 'Buy a decent design, a bare hull and deck, and fit it out. A few warm weekends should see it on the water and we're sorted.' OH YES, mistake number one!
Here we find a good hull with some excellent joinery work. She has a brand new rig and sails, a new motor and most of the parts to finish her BUT, it'll take more than two warm weekends before she's ready to launch!!
