Broker's Comments

Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. This ex MOD aluminium Combat Support Boat has had its water jet engines removed and the hull welded. Additional marine grade aluminium plating has been welded on to the hull to strengthen the underside. This is a bare hull requiring a new engine and steering gear. With some work, it would make a durable but ugly work boat. Could possibly have been built by Fairey Allday Marine of Cowes. The original engines would have been twin 212 hp Ford Sabres coupled to Dowty Jet Drives - making this a very fast boat. Pity they are missing.
