Broker's Comments

Why so cheap? She is need of a cosmetic refit. The structure is sound with no problems we can see. The engines were run up about 6 months ago with a service and winterisation done at that time. The engine lay up was done professionally. The window frames seem sound and watertight. A couple of minor deck leaks have crept in, but nothing a good afternoon with a cold beer wont cure. If she were mine, I would cut/polish the hull, antifoul, new head-linings, carpets and revarnish. Also new upholstery and a new aft deck canvas enclosure. With just these bits sorted she would already be mainly back to life.
