My first assignment to view a craft in the new Albufeira marina, and boy is it colourful. The designer is the famous (at least in Portugal) Thomas Tavira who it is said turned up at the first planning meeting saying “I have chosen the colours” and then proceeded to throw a bag of M & M’s onto the table. I digress, the reason I am here is to view an Italian pearl, a Cranchi Perla 25 to be precise and a fine example she is to. Cranchi do not make this model anymore which is a shame, they have chosen to size up within the cruiser range leaving a gap for small comfortable overnighters, the owner planning to do likewise. This example has been very well cared for which I hope shows through on the shots taken. I often take a lot of credence from tidy lockers, clean headlinings and spotless cookers. In addition here the engine compartment is almost as clean as the cooker and the outboard is securely restrained. The marina may look chaotic but this is a very organised, much loved and tidy machine.

O arquiteto é o famoso (pelo menos em Portugal) Thomas Taveira que na primeira reuniao chegou dizendo "eu ja escolhi as cores", dizendo isto atirou um saco de M&M na mesa dai as cores desta marina. Bom a razao pelo qual estou aqui é para ver um cranchi perla 25,um belo exemplo que ela é!!. Cranchi ja não faz este modelo o que é uma pena!, este exemplar foi sempre muito bem cuidado, o que eu espero que se note nas fotos. Tem tudo muito bem arrumado e um espaço razoavel nos armarios, um fogão brilhante, frigorifico ,e em adição vem o compartimento dos motores quaze tao brilhante como o fogão, tudo isto foi bem organizado e com carinho.
