Cabin entry is through the cockpit sliding door or through the port or starboard sliding door amidship to the pilothouse. Through the cockpit sliding door to port there is the long galley with Norcold refer, double stainless sink, and cooker with oven. Galley has very generous storage as well as large windows. To starboard there is an exceptionally large settee, again with two large windows.

Then up three stairs to a pilothouse with very impressive visibility and rich teak appointments. Sliding doors to port and starboard with 360 degree view through windows all around. Two bulkhead-mounted folding seats allow for comfort on long passages. Dickinson diesel heater rounds off the comfort level to a T.

Forward down the stairs to the forward cabin with the head/shower and v-berths to starboard. The head is unusually roomy for a boat this size.

This 27' Custom Cruising Tug is well-kept. After its incredibly cute dockside appearance the first thing you'll notice is that there is no smell at all. No pets have been on this boat and no smoking.

It is as skookum as any 27 foot boat out there. Her commercial hull design is able to take the roughest sea very comfortably and safely.

The pilothouse roof is peeling but the owner plans on refinishing it as soon as the weather warms up.

The slip this vessel lies in is also for sale. It is in a very isolated protected marina. 38 feet long with all utilities available. Owner wants $35,000. Available with or without the vessel. Maybe make a better deal if you buy both the slip and the boat at the same time. You could have a condo on the water at a great price and you could just pick up and move if you didn't like the neighbors.... It is a pristine setting in a fjord-like location with excellent spots for shrimp, dungeness crab and awesome fishing.
