Broker's Comments

From the De Groot stable of Holland the Beechcraft is a well built vessel with excellent sea keeping qualities, mainly due to its deep draft and large engine.
Mechanically she is in fine order having been well maintained and serviced.
The current owner is living on board comfortably and has made many improvements to the interior, including new upholstery and a host of smaller details which will become apparent upon inspection.
The Exterior is due to be repainted and will include both hull and topsides.
There are many storage areas and the outside accommodation is a good size.
A viewing is recommended to be able to fully appreciate the improvements the current owner has made.
