Broker's Comments

This could be a very nice ketch. The interior is original, fitted in the UK by shipwrights and has been maintained to a good standard. The engine, the rig and sails are all in good shape.

Unfortunately she has suffered with electrolysis below the water line. When she was lifted and pressure cleaned the hull was perforated in places and holes have opened up in her 5mm steel plate.

She needs considerable re plating, but could also be patched as a temporary measure.

She is still a lot of boat for the asking price and the owners are looking for a quick sale.
