Broker's Comments

There’s an old adage that if you want bananas go to Costa Rica and if you want a steel boat go to Holland, and more particularly go to De Groot. And why would want a steel boat? Strength, ease of maintenance and rigidity, amongst other things. My initial reaction was that this boat would be an ideal live-aboard, which will also get you to wherever you want to go, she has a large galley with bags of seating, comfortable saloon, 4 large cabins, with room for an enormous king size bed in one.

One of the Twin 120hp Perkins engines needs replacing, the flybridge, allows you to manoeuvre her into the tightest corners, and she has all the navigation equipment you’re going to require. The current owner is just completing painting the hull, and needs to fit the bilge pump, and finish off plumbing the second heads.
