Broker's Comments

This is a classic style day boat, built by Dixon & Sons of Exmouth, a local boat builder. You can easily see the workmanship on the hull from inside the cockpit. It would be ideal for lazy days out on the estuaries for dropping a line or cruising along the coast and exploring the coves.
The current owner has had her for 3 years and has started to put her back to her former glory. It still could be updated with navigational equipment and a few home comforts.
The trailer is included in the sale.
If you would like to view this lovely wooden boat then please do not hesitate to contact me, Jane.
