One of Sparkman & Stephens’ more unlikely designs, this is a sturdy, strongly
built long-keel centreboard cutter with an unusual, six-berth layout. Her hull
form has been described as similar to a Deb 33 or S&S 34 but with the stern
drawn out. Construction is heavy-duty, hand-laid glassfibre.

Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This S & S Dockrell 27 is currently owned by a shipwright and she looks very nice. She does need an engine but I believe has the shaft etc. This is a very capable sailing boat and a very sturdy build too. She has lovely lines and is sensible laid out with good size cockpit, uncluttered decks and well planned accommodation below. She has good stowage and would be ideal for anyone wanting to go on long cruises or to live aboard. The owner is open to offers due to the fact she needs a new engine.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
