Broker's Comments

This Dufour 31 has been owned by the same family for many years. The hull seems sound, the interior is neat and clean. The boat has not sailed in a little over a year and could do with an update of the navigation equipment. Its aggressive price allows to leave her perfect with a reasonable investment. Spanish flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
