Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.

This is a substantial houseboat that is part-way through a conversion. A lot of the hard work has been completed and now, the new owner can place there own mark on this project and create a substantial place to live.

The houseboat is a sturdy steel lighter that is ideal for liveaboards. The ceiling height is not so high and it is well insulated. Once complete this vessel will have some really spacious accommodation and in these times, this might just be a good alternative to urban living.

This Dunnlighter Houseboat has been personally photographed and viewed by Suzzanne McDonald of Boatshed Medway. Click here for contact details.
