This boat has been reduced for a quick sale, due to the owner needing to move location. An ideal opportunity to aquire a city home at a bargain price.

A light and airy boat with simple, spacious layout, which would make a good home for a single person or a couple. Would make a superb pied a terre close to the city.

A Grade 1 residential mooring is available at Limehouse Basin with this boat with the possibility of upgrading to full residential, subject to agreement with Marina management. A premium, payable to the marina, may be required for transfer of the mooring.
