Broker's Comments

To live on a boat is a long held dream for many, the tranquillity, relaxation and escapism has understandable appeal and this boat will enable some lucky owner to realise the dream. To watch the sun go down in the evening is, according to the owner, the best of times. The river quietens down, you can hear the gentle ‘popple’ of the water against the hull and the odd call of a bird as the wildlife settles for the night, fantastic.

It is very rare for a boat to become available with a residential mooring and in such a fantastic location on the riverbank on the Thames, west of London. With decking area and landing stage providing easy access together with two car parking spaces. The interior is in good condition and the accommodation is open plan allowing you to bring your own furniture or have her fitted out. She also has a full size bath!

She is easily handled allowing you to explore most rivers and canals. If you ever wanted to live on a boat near London then you must view this boat. The owner is keen to sell, she is empty and ready to move into, so what are you waiting for?
