Dutch barge from 1902, 12 m long, 2,80 wide. aft deck converted into a wheelhouse, but that doesn't stop the boat to go anywhere on the inland waterway system. Air draft max 3m, 0,60 m draft.
hull and superstructure need to be redone.

simple & functional galley, 4 burner gas cooker & fridge. Gas bottle situated under sink but a lazarette locker on the deck could welcome the gas cylinder.
Opposite galley is electric heads & shower.
Forward cabin with a central double bed 1,20 X 1,80 mètres.
Tv antenna on the deck available connected to the forward cabin, to be checked.
Upholstery is in good condition & of good quality.
Hot water by electric heater in forward cabin on the main.

Boat Dimensions are ideal to go everywhere for that canal river motor cruiser. Lots of original features such as the port holes, the rudder. Technicals points will have to be checked as the owner could't attend to the boat for the past year, price is accordingly and offers will be considered.
