construction

Wood carvel construction with Long keel underwater profile, paint finish
Carvel construction of Mahogany on Elm. She also has completely WOODEN FLOOR FRAMES, unlike most East Anglians that were built with steel straps. A major refit in 2003/4 involved completely stripping the hull of paint both inside and out. Rubbing bands and toerails were removed, including all deck mouldings. The deck and coachroof were both stripped of the old trackmark and a new covering of woven roving and epoxy was applied. The original toerails and rubbing bands were re-fitted and the trims re-chromed. All deck and cockpit mouldings were renewed in Teak.
