Broker's Comments

The David Thomas designed Elizabethan 30 proved to be a very popular cruiser/racer and with many years in production. Originally very competitive as a Half Tonner and now considered to be a great all rounder.
This example is in good original condition . The current owner has recently spent over £5K upgrading and servicing her with the intention to keep her for several more seasons. Unfortunate health reasons are forcing a sale.
A new owner will therefore get a well constructed cruising boat, that is fully maintained and ready to sail straight away. The mooring is available through separate negotiation.
