Broker's Comments

The ETAP 22 is a popular sail boat. Comfortable cruising or in a race situation, this particular example is an early model but still in good order. Her current owner has experienced many memorable trips along the east coast but due to ill health is no longer in a position to put her through her paces. With a little time spent on cleaning, this boat could soon be cutting its way through coastal waters or just cruising along the river this coming season. She is priced to sell and is probably the cheapest ETAP 22 that is advertised for sale anywhere. This boat has been viewed and photographed by Paul of Boatshed Norfolk.
