Broker's Comments

Built by the well renown J Tyrell & Sons of Arklow in 1958 for the Wexford Harbour Commission, she saw many years of faithful service in that location. when the commercial port of Wexford closed she was placed in service, still as a pilot boat but based in Galway. Upon retirement she was purchased privately and modest conversion work carried out, including a fairly major overhaul of the engine in 1994. In 2000 she came out at Cork dockyard and a shipwright restored the hull to as she is now, a very tight, well found and dry boat. We believe the new solid Teak coachroof was added at this time.
A very substantial, well maintained boat which is now only needing some straight forward cosmetic attention. She would make a good liveaboard or sustantial coastal cruiser.
