Broker's Comments

Preliminary details awaiting confirmation by owner.

The Fairline 40 combines the practicality required for serious, long-distance cruising with the spaciousness and comfort aboard giving a combination everyone looks for in a Fairline.
At its heart, this is a real family cruising boat, designed to accommodate up to 7 people in elegant comfort which perfectly captures that elusive blend of privacy and sociability that is the secret of successful living and entertaining on board.

With the generator, 3 heads, heating, saloon and helm position it really is a self contained platform for enjoyable cruising. The owner is a reputable marine engineer and yacht master so it is extremely well looked after and performs in every aspect at an optimum.

Recently had a new carpet fitted and antifouled, she is a prime example of Fairline with a history of one of the best sea keeping boats with excellent manoeuvrability control at dead slow speed for berthing, they don’t make them like they used to.

She is a beautiful fly bridge cruiser which has been very well looked after and gives everything you would ask for, an extensive seagoing history which gives you the peace of mind that she is able to handle what the weather throws at you.
