Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to present this Fairline Corniche 31 for sale which is being sold with a leisure mooring in the prestigious Chelsea Harbour marina.

Built in 1987, the Corniche 31 have always been popular flybridge boats and this one obviously benefits from its location. The mooring would allow someone to stay on board 4 days a week making it an ideal base for someone who needs to be in London during the week.

Current mooring fees are £4,500 per year and paid to the end of 2016.

Inside the boat, there are 6 berths arranged across one cabin with a double bed and two convertible beds in the saloon and galley. All the rooms are bright and the Corniche is well known for its wide beam which helps provide a great feeling of space on board.

Get in touch to avoid missing out on this rare chance to acquire this great boat and mooring in one of the best located marinas in London.
