Broker's Comments

Quite simply, this boat is a credit to its owner. Boats of this style and age normally have a reasonable list of improvements required, not this one. The carpets and upholstery are in excellent condition, the headlining’s fairly recent, the bilges are about as clean as I have ever seen, the windows are also in excellent condition and don’t leak (This can be a common problem) and the canvas work is obviously recent and in perfect order. The boat is dry, clean and very well presented throughout. I personally would be quite happy to fill her up with fuel, put my bedding on board, and go boating. This particular model makes great use of the space and gives you the feeling of a much larger boat than she really is. With a pair of well found diesels in the back, she will give economical and reliable boating to whoever buys this boat. On the basis that there is little or even no money to spend on her, she is very attractively priced and of course as always open to offers.
