The engines have been well looked after and been serviced regular. The port engine has been rebuilt along with and overhaul of the drive legs.

Gell coat and topsides are all in a very good condition, Internally a very good layout with a nice sheen finish to the woodwork & bulkheads

Below decks a bright and clean feel and Fairline haven't missed much in the way of layout with the aft berth which is a good size tucked away below the cockpit floor, this even has a window to let in more light.

On the fore deck there are foot controls for he anchor as well relayed back to the hem.
The gas bottle is also installed in a bin inside the Anchor Locker.
Nice side decks with good access from the cockpit and stainless steel rails for protection.
The cockpit canopy looks in a very good condition and not very old. This has various options for folding subject to the weather. The radar arch is fixed but it will not cause a lot of problums going under bridges.

Broker's Comments
A well presenrd boat at a realistic price ready to go for the coming season.
A nice touch that I liked was the Helmsman seat that can seat two and at a click of a button it can be reversed to face aft and then enable to sit aroud the cockpit table in comfort.
Bathing platform with stainless steel davits add that extra that is not normanly found on this boat.
Once the winter grime is removed this boat will sparkle
Overall a nice condition boat that dose't come on the market often and ready to go.
