Broker's Comments

Built in 1972 when GRP was still relatively cheap and hull was more than just a membrane to keep the water out. This very tidy little sailing boat has quite a history with an Atlantic & Pacific Ocean crossing to her credit, well maintained and equipped, she was slipped in Nov 2011 for New bottom paint, anodes, cutlass bearing and a propeller overhaul, and has only just completed another bottom repaint.
This pretty little sailing boat had a major, professionally project managed, 2 million baht refit, around 6 years ago when the chain plates standing rigging, stainless fittings, stanchion post bases, mast tabernacle and anchor stainless fittings we replaced. The Kubota engine which is around ten years old (according to the previous owner) was fully reconditioned with all ancillary fittings renewed the engine mounts have also also beefed up and renewed. The exterior woodwork was replaced and the exterior re painted using top of the range Jotun paints .Inside the electrics were all repaired and renewed wherever needed plus the Newmar electrics panel was installed. The chrome compression post under the mast was also a modification to make the boat even tougher under heavy compression loads.
