Broker's Comments

Boatshed Brixham and Dartmouth are pleased to offer for sale a twin diesel Falcon 27. This spacious design offers a sports cruiser layout with plenty of interior accommodation and a really large cockpit with full cockpit enclosure. The aft cabin is a good size with plenty of light and the rest of the layout well thought out and presented. Subject to approval by MDL and offer price, the current marina berth maybe available. Of note is that the engines were refurbished in 2010 and the boat has been re-upholstered. She presents very well and is clean and tidy throughout.
Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Brixham and Dartmouth broker.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
