Broker's Comments

I really like the Falcon 27. I have sold a couple of these over the years, and there are quite a few of these boats at large on my patch in and around the Solent. They wear their years well, and this particular boat benefits from having had her engines reconditioned in 2011, and since then they have only run 19 hours. Hence the reason for sale – the owner just isn’t getting the use out of her!

Down below, the woodwork has an “easy-on-the-eye” quality that cheers you up just being near to it. It is light but beautifully finished. The galley is compact and well laid out, and the heads are pretty spacious for a boat of this size. I like the aft cabin layout, especially the big opening port-light aft, which makes the cabin feel light and airy. I suspect it is a pleasant place to kip down.

Her upholstery was new in 2008, and to be blunt, it looks like 2008 was yesterday! Her carpets were changed in 2009, so she really has a very pleasant living space.

She is afloat and ready to view, so just give me a ring and we’ll go and have a look.
