Broker's Comments

At this price, this Feeling 1040 looks like exceptional value and she's waiting for her new owner to take her away - great package awaits!

She looks to be in a very nice, looked-after condition and is looking for her new owner. She has been much loved by her current owners who have taken her through the Channel and Channel Islands, where I'm told she proved herself to be a mean performer, yet easily and safely handled by a short-handed crew.

Her interior is very light, airy and roomy and she is adorned with many extra features that further enhance her comfort and safety. There is a great inventory that bolsters the impression that she has been truly valued and enhanced in the best ways possible.

She has been regularly professionally maintained to a defined schedule and has been lifted out of the water each winter and is currently ashore thus representing a possible easy, money saving inspection and survey prospect for the lucky new owner-to-be.

This boat has a true “cared for” feeling and the current owners have a genuine reason for sale – she needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated.

I have further technical and upkeep details from the owner, available electronically - just ask.
