Broker's Comments

So you need a yacht that is large enough and comfortable enough to be a liveaboard, but also one that is in commission and ready to sail at short notice; then this is the boat for you. The Feeling 446 with a 4 cabin configuration is in very good order. It is also good value, and has proved its bluewater credentials by having taken part in the 1991 Fastnet Race.

This yacht merits a visit. Her current owner has invested time and money to keep it in condition and commission. I doubt that there is another yacht in similar condition priced so attractively for a quick sale.
