Broker's Comments

This is a great opportunity to own a sailing boat at a bargain price. She does need some work to keep the rain out as you can see from the photos. Nothing too complicated. The interior is a challenge and the fore hatch is broken. However with hardwork and ingenuity you could be the proud owner of a very good boat for not too much cost.
