This Melvin&Morrelli Designed Cat of 1986 is a simple bolt / unbolt together 40 footer, which is licensed for 12 people.
The charming owner has used this Cat to build on and finance other Charter Boats here in the Algarve and sadly has run out of people to run it.
It has to be a job in a million sailing this craft at speeds of over 20 knots not using any fuel, making a reasonable living while lying in a Hammock.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
