Broker's Comments
This boat has not had much attention for some while, and now she needs a very good clean up and a new owner to love her and put the shine back. A well proven design by Uffa Fox and Tony Dixon with the lifting keel to enable the boat to dryout and explore into the shallows she has the potential to be a great small cruiser, club racer or day sailer.
A deep water mooring may be available by negotiation on the River Exe. Offers will be considered.
