Broker's Comments

This boat is a well presented example of a Gibsea 76 fin keeler. The owner has bought a new boat and is keen to find a buyer for this one hence the reduced price.

Recent refurbishments include:
New professionally fitted headlining to main cabin in 2010, New strip to Genoa in 2011
Refurbishment of spray hood 2011
Shore charger fitted 2012
GPS with AIS, Tack Tic Wind speed and VHF with cockpit repeater and stereo fitted in 2010
New toilet pump 2011
New anchor and 15m chain 2013
Spray hood overhauled 2014

In my opinion a good buy at the recently reduced price. This is a capable boat which has been frequently sailed under present ownership along the south coast, Helford to Brighton, across to the Channel Islands and Brittany. Although she shows some signs of wear I would be confident in undertaking further trips around the coast.

There is a survey dated 2010 which can be inspected
