Broker's Comments

The Maurice Griffiths designed Golden Hind is synonymous with ocean voyages throughout the world and many of this design have done so.
They make good family boats with ample accommodation for four. The forecabin has 2 berths which can convert into a double berth. The heads are to port with a hanging locker opposite. In the main saloon there are 2 settee berths, the galley is to starboard and the chart table is to port.
She has a deep safe cockpit and the deck area is a good size. She has a central keel with 2 bilge plates which allows you to dry out in harbours or sandy beaches and also utilise cheaper drying moorings. She could also be used as a liveaboard.
This particular vessel is owned by a boat builder and is well presented. She was re-engine in 2004. New windows have been fitted, keel bolts replaced, new running rigging fitted, sails have been serviced and valeted.
She is one of the better examples.
