Last surveyed instructed bu current owner in 2007 and all suggested work has been carried out by the owner.

Now being sold as a project after a recent survey this Grand Banks is in need of a fair bit of work by experienced hands hence the stupidly low price.

Best to give me a call to discuss the work involved which if you dont have to pay much for labour makes this a very good money making prospect.
