Broker's Comments

I've seen this boat being taken under the wing of an experienced boat builder and it is now for sale. It is a Halcyon 27 but the current owner has made some sympathetic and useful improvements, in particular, increasing the cabin headroom and space. All, without upsetting the great lines originally penned by Alan Buchanan.

The yacht has done some serious sea miles and unsurprisingly, taken them in her stride. There is no doubt that this yacht is very functional as well as good looking.

If you are after a yacht as a first time buyer, this would be a great starter yacht. Further, it is of an age where depreciation is no longer a significant ownership cost.

I don't always say this but this yacht is definately worth a good looking at.

I like this yacht a lot and without sounding glib, they really don't build them like this anymore.
