Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
However, boats do need looking after, they need to be loved, cossetted even; not quite patted dry with a big fluffy towel but just a bit of normal TLC. This boat is crying out for a bit of that!
She is a quality boat, a bit elderly but none the worse for that (they built them tough in the '70's). She has had a few 'newish' upgrades in her life (Packaway mainsail, GPS etc) but she needs an owner prepared to restore her to the cosmetic condition which all yachts deserve. She is priced accordingly and is open to offers.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
