Broker's Comments

With its imposing profile and stately interior, this live-aboard has the look and feel of a 'mini super-yacht'. Above decks, there's a large saloon and a terrific outdoor space in the shape of a huge aft cockpit. There's even a bar area! Below, there's a stylish galley and dining area, with a large twin cabin amidships and the master stateroom aft. There are two toilet / shower rooms.

The boat was substantially and lovingly rebuilt in the 1990s, with the flybridge removed. Whilst she is an super live-aboard, this boat has fully working engines and is capable of serious long distance cruising. For over 50 years, the Hatteras brand has been synonymous with superior build quality and the company is still America's premier motor yacht builder.

The boat comes with a residential mooring in a secure, gated marina which is very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The marina supports a vibrant and friendly live-aboard community. With the 2012 London Olympics looming, moorings like this will become increasingly hard to come by, so you may need to be quick.

***STOP PRESS: the mooring fees for this boat will be paid up until SEPTEMBER 2012***
