Broker's Comments

What a beautiful boat. She needs to be seen to be appreciated.

The Paul Gartside design has been perfectly realised by the craftsmen at Gweek Quay, producing what must be one of the best Helford Cutter’s around. She has only had three owners; each one ensuring that the standard of her upkeep has remained high. Her hull was repainted and anti-fouled in October 2005, making her stand out from anything around.

She was designed for long passage, blue water cruising. Her performance has been described as ‘stiff’, affording good protection to those sailing her. She can easily be sailed single handed, with the internal fit out being well thought out. There are lots of nice features, like the charcoal heater, oil lamp and brand new cooker just to mention a few.

She has an extensive history file. Her construction has been documented photographically from start of build to sea trial. She has been Part 1 Registered and there is proof of VAT being paid. There is little else that she needs, except for a new owner to love her like none other.

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Miles Booker of Boatshed Sussex. Register or log in to see 42 more photos of this boat. These boat details are subject to contract.
