The varnished banister rail as you descend into the saloon from the 'Breakfast Room' is silky smooth and hasn't been re-varnished during the 19 years of current ownership and the beautiful woodwork and joinery continues throughout the entire boat.
The asking price of this boat is considerably less than an equivalent Trader, Hatteras, Princess, Sunseeker or Fairline of similar specification.
In my opinioin she accounts for herself rather well when compared to the above list of competitors.
Her owners clearly love her and have even named the launching crane 'Derrick' which is nice.
Although carpeted thoughout, beneath the carpet lies untouched wood flooring which can see the light of day again with little effort. There is even a strip of carpet in the engine bay, testament to the way the engineer owner has kept his engine room spick and span.
We all have our vices and this boat is no exception, only hers is kept in her engine bay along with an angle grinder and blue towel dispenser for mopping up little spillages as they occur.
Rather reminiscent of a Rolls Royce workshop.
Overall a vast central saloon, with fore and aft cabins, both with en-suites.
A dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven and cocktail cabinet, there is even a bread maker thrown in to complete the spec list.
Ideal as either a live aboard or a serious long distance motor cruiser or possibly both.
