An entrance hall in the middle of the boat leads to the bedrooms, bathroom and stairs to the roof gardens.

The beautifully appointed bathroom has a large bath/ shower, a wash basin, masses of storage and a domestic toilet. There is a large holding tank with permanently connected shore side pump out.

The master bedroom runs the full width of the boat. It has a large double bed, a full wall of wardrobes and a dressing table. There are large windows, blue carpets, an electric radiator and under floor heating.

The smaller bedroom still has room for a double bed, two double wardrobes and a dressing table or desk. It also has a radiator and under floor heating. This room would make a superb office.

Two railed roof areas are separated by an unrailed centre section. This, as with a neighbouring boat, could house a large gazebo, The position of this deck allows it to receive sun all day.

This is a rare opportunity to own a superb house boat in London. The Boat is well situated, looks great and is superbly fitted and furnished.

The decks provide great outdoor space overlooking a wooded park.

The lovely floating pontoon mooring is secured on a 30 year renewable lease, which will be surrendered to the buyer. This is a fully residential mooring and council tax is payable at band A.

There is public transport and shopping very nearby and street parking adjacent.

The River Thames is within easy walking distance and it is handy for both central London and Heathrow.

Priced realistically to ensure a quick sale, this is one to move fast on.
