construction

Steel construction with semi-displacement underwater profile, paint finish
Steel hull 3/8" thick 1/4" super structure and 1/4" Aluminum on Bow
Anchor locker. All welding was done by certified welders all materials used were in accordance with De groot specs and managed by the owner who was also building De groot steel commercial fishing vessels.
The hull to deck design is inboard hull flange welded and mechanically
secured. Bulkheads are welded to the hull and artwarthships ribs are also welded to the hull. Hull shape is hard chine, with flat transom and skeg keel and sked hung rudders with full struts for protection. In laymans terms its bullet proof.

has had no expense spared in 2004 she had her Hull and Topsides completely repainted as well as a bottom job and passed a survey with flying colors. At that time their was an addition of a Keel flange and roll stablizers to provide optimum performance and comfort at sea. Below is every modern convenience, including a jaccuzzi tub and full size galley that would even please Emril, as well as some really cool art custom etched glass with mermaids, dolphins, and a host of other sea creatures, two hand crafted sailing ships from Holland and several paintings.
