Originally built by David Blake for his own use, she has always been Bristol Channel based and has cruised extensively, mostly singlehanded, in some of the most challenginging sailing waters in the world. She is reported to have a good and comfortable windward performance, and has wintered ashore for 4-5 months of every year.
