Hulls are made by Cory Yachts to a very high specification. GRP does not need the same levels of maintenance as a Steel hull so the manufacturer believes this is the way forward for houseboats. The smallest water home base 42' x 15'. This will allow for a 30' x 12' home on top.
The superstructure has been picked by the designer based on quality, aesthetics and variety in style and design. These water homes come with builders certificate, builders warranties, conformity and all proper paperwork so you can get a mortgage if you are eligible. Note that you can have bespoke davits if you wish to keep a rib or dinghy. There are sensible railings around the deck area.
