Broker's Comments

This is a great opportunity to acquire a vintage Humber Barge (Lighter), which is currently converted for commercial use as a meeting room/wedding venue.

There is a huge amount of space and scope to make this into a fabulous house boat. She also is currently fitted with an electric lift from the deck.

Last inspected in 2008 she was found in very good condition.

As this is a commercial vessel, VAT is payable on the price.
