Broker's Comments

This is a modern bilge keeled yacht, epoxy treated from new and presented in immaculate order by her careful and experienced owner. She has only really been lightly used as a daysailer by her present owner, but she offers the opportunity for some serious fast cruising, in the right hands, for a couple or small family. She would be the ideal step up for a dinghy sailing couple who are tired of hanging over the side or dangling from the trapeze! She would offer some of the same excitement but with a few more creature comforts, including comfortable overnight accomodation and a galley, yet still with the ability to be trailed behind a family saloon to explore more distant cruising grounds. She is presently laid up ashore for the winter, with engine, sails and boom removed, but these are available to view with the owner for any prospective purchaser.
