Broker's Comments

A nice example of a Hunter 27OOD, in good order throughout and ready to sail, owner is moving up to a larger boat hence the sale.
In the same ownership for several years in which time the boat has been upgraded and well cared for.
Cant see anything needing attention from my time on board so well worth consideration.
There is also a St Mawes river mooring which can be transferred to the new owner.
