Hunter Marine built sailboats for over 20 years. They produced a high quality vessel based on the needs and wants of the sailing customer. This model is the end collaboration of enthusiast owners and the Hunter design group. The Hunter 36 features an extra wide beam spanning nearly the entire length of the boat to maximize both topside and interior accommodations. A good sized sail locker in the cockpit provides extra storage and the large cockpit accommodates the crew comfortably. The Lewmar steering system as well as other Lewmar equipment makes vessel control and handling easy.

The interior provides two comfortable sleeping areas and a large galley and dinette with additional seating on the port side .

A heavy duty radar arch also serves as a base for the main traveler. There is also a sound system located under the traveler.

The main cabin is well-lit due to several deck hatches and windows. The extra large galley counter provides plenty of of storage and working space.

The open transom makes for easy boarding and a large swim ladder completes the package.

A complete cockpit cover is included plus there are covers for the plastic windows. For winter storage a complete boat cover is also included.

Broker's Comments

This Hunter 36 is in showroom condition. It is very seldom that I find a boat as clean and well-kept as this. The fact that it has a complete bimini and cockpit enclosure with window covers AND an additional complete winter cover is very unusual.

The seller has kept up every detail and has complete information on all service and maintenance. The fact that so much of the equipment and the sails have been replaced since his ownership shows how much he cares about maintaining the vessel in like-new condition. In addition the seller has chosen to pull the boat in October of 2015 and replace zincs and repaint the bottom.

You'll have to see it to believe. Please call to set up your appointment!
