Broker's Comments

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Peter Watt of Boatshed Portsmouth. Register or log in to see 40 more photos of this boat. During the conversation I had with the owner over the hour or so spent photographing this IP24 I had an insight into where she had been and what she had done. She has been a second home, a place for holidays and weekends away. Lunch in Yarmouth, or Beaulieu or Cowes. The destination was of little consequence- just a chance to be somewhere else. Whether or not you use the engine she won't break the bank getting from 'A' to 'B'. If you tire of your surroundings then change them. I kept noticing little changes from the standard specification that had been made by the owner and his wife over the past 22 years. A lot of the varnish had been renewed as you would expect, but I was surprised at the quality of the finish that replaced it, great attention to detail. Anyone looking for a competent little motor sailer in good working order could do worse than book a viewing on this one. These boat details are subject to contract.
