Broker's Comments

Ted Irwin was well known for designing and constructing solidly built yachts. This one has been delivered from accross the pond and is now for sale at a very modest price. Spacious both on deck and in the cabin, she is well appointed and comfortable with minor cosmetic work required. She has a shoal draft with a swing keel which gives her great versatility and sailing capabilites. A marina berth may also be available for this yacht.
