Broker's Comments

The Irwin 43 CC is a very American boat: lots of interior space and high level of finishing. I particularly liked the owner’s cabin aft and its bathroom (with even a little bath tub and luxury shower). A lot of money has been spent on this boat in the last few years: new mast and rigging (2000), anti-osmosis treatment (2001), overhaul of the engine (2001) and new drive shaft (2001). She is ready to sail as there are no personal effects left on board. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

This Irwin 43 CC has been personally photographed and viewed by Gert Van den Bergh of Boatshed Barcelona. Click here for contact details.
